Rarely in Toronto’s history will a mixed-use residential and commercial development so positively transform an entire neighbourhood as the new towers M2M Condos will impact North York’s Yonge Street and Cummer Avenue intersection. M2M Condos is a new condo development by Aoyuan Properties located at 5915 Yonge Street in Toronto (Yonge/Cummer). M2M Condos will have a total of 1,660 condo units.
The development will concentrate the density on the western portion of the site bordering Yonge Street, with the townhouses on the eastern edge, facing the low-density residential neighbourhood. One of the many maps on the development presentation (not pictured here) indicate space would be reserved for a potential Cummer station were the City to extend the Yonge subway line north from Finch.
